Serve With Us: Hope Now Thanksgiving Dinner
Fri, Nov 6, 2026 · 5 PM – 9 PM
Hope Now · 2305 Stanislaus St, Fresno, CA 93721
Hosted by The Word Community Church
This Thanksgiving, TWCC has an opportunity to serve alongside Hope Now and love some of the people in our community who are too often overlooked or forgotten. Hope Now is a Christian organization that has served Fresno for more than 30 years, walking alongside men and women impacted by gangs and incarceration as they pursue a new future through employment, mentorship, caring relationships, and the hope of Jesus. We’re inviting our TWCC family to join Hope Now for their Thanksgiving Dinner and help create a place where every person who walks through the door is welcomed, valued, and reminded that they have not been forgotten. This is more than serving a meal. It’s an opportunity to serve our neighbors, hear their stories, show the love of Jesus, and remind people that there is a place for them at the table. Come serve with us this Thanksgiving as we Reach, Win, Train, and Send—right here in our own community. NOTE: Please register EACH person who will be serving with you. Children over 12 are welcome to serve with one of their responsible adults and do still need to be registered.
